3 cucchiaini di foglie secche di alchemilla
150 ml di acqua
Mettete a macerare le foglie secche di alchemilla in acqua a bollore e filtrate dopo 10 minuti di infusione. Bevete calda anche più volte al giorno, otterrete buoni risultati.
