Il trattamento quindi varia a seconda di quelle che sono le cause in gioco e può anche essere necessario l’ uso di psicofarmaci come gli antidepressivi.
Questa malattia può essere anche curata in modo progressivo come per gli attacchi di panico, esponendo il paziente poco per volta all’oggetto delle sue paure.
Se invece, alla base vi è una violenza subita, bisogna poterne discutere e non ignorarle.
