Si parla molto sovente di depressione post -partum e di come si possa curarla, ma soprattutto dell’importanza di non sottovalutarla, sia da parte della donna che ne soffre, che da parte dei medici.
Oggi vogliamo parlare della depressione pre -parto che è stata dimostrata per la prima volta da uno studio norvegese e che si verifica principalmente quando vi sono delle tensioni all’interno della coppia, quando il rapporto non è sereno e che quindi si trasforma in motivo di angoscia e ansia per la donna, fino a sfociare nella depressione.



Gli studiosi norvegesi hanno così dimostrato che questo tipo di depressione si sviluppa a causa di cause pregresse, che si sono verificate (e spesso si trascinano anche durante la gravidanza) nell’anno prima dell’avvenuto concepimento: si parla cosi di ansia nell’ambito lavorativo, abuso di alcol, sigarette o malattie sofferte da poco tempo.
E comunque la causa principale di questa depressione è data dalla mancanza di un supporto morale da parte del compagno:infatti le donne che hanno dichiarato di avere un rapporto sereno con il proprio partner, sono risultate essere delle future mamme felici e senza stress o ansia.
Questo sicuramente influisce anche sulla possibilità di cadere in depressione o no dopo la nascita del proprio bambino.
E’ importante cercare di vivere serenamente questo della vita molto importante cercando anche, in certi casi, di farsi aiutare da uno specialista, anche perchè tutte le ansie vengono in qualche modo trasmesse al nascituro.
