Ormai l’ happy hour ha preso piede anche da noi ed è diventata una consuetudine per molte persone, soprattutto tra giovani e giovanissimi: un’ aperitivo, dopo il lavoro o prima di una cena o un bruch a metà mattina possono essere dannosi per la salute?
Sicuramente dal punto di vista nutrizionale è facile perdelre il controllo delle calorie ingerite ed avere un apporto completamente sbagliato dei principi nutritivi, da qui il facile aumento di peso e un impigrimento latente dell’ intestino.
Il fatto anche di assumere bevande alcoliche mascherate da cocktail invitanti che non danno la percezione dell’ alcol nonostante siano con una gradazione superiore ad una birra, aumentano i rischi di ingrassare e prvocare danni all’ organismo, soprattutto il fegato.



Oltrettutto bere a digiuno alcolici è sconsigliato perchè può provocare danni all’ organismo e viene assorbito in breve tempo dal corpo ( tra i cinque e i dieci minuti ) e costringe il fegato ad un superlavoro.
Per quato riguarda i cocktail analcolici è importante tener presente l’ apporto di calorie che rilasciano gli zuccheri e i dolcificanti.
Gli energy drink meritano un discorso a parte in quanto contengono sostanze stimolanti come la caffeina, la taurina, il ginseng e il guaranà e un’alta quantità di carboidrati che servono ad apportare energia velocemente, oltre agli zuccheri; sono quindi sconsigliate a chi soffre di ansia e problemi di stomaco.
In più non bisogna dimenticarsi che, oltre alle bevande, vengono introdotte calorie dai cosidetti spuntini che erroneamente non vengono quasi mai considerati come un pasto.
Quest’ ultimi sono ricchi di calorie e grassi saturi ( derivanti da burro, olii vegetali, olio di palma ) dati da varie salse come la maionese oppure sono fritti come le patatine o sono formaggi ed insaccati ricchi di colesterolo.
L’ ideale sarebbe fare uno spuntino a base di verdure crude o grigliate, pesce, formaggi leggeri e prosciutto crudo o bresaola ricordando che il cibo ingerito non va ad aggungersi al pasto principale ma funge esso stesso da pranzo o cena che sia.
