E adesso, dopo le feste tutti a dieta

Ci siamo, le feste sono finite e ora dobbiamo fare i conti con le calorie di troppo che abbiamo assunto in questi giorni e ci hanno fatto mettere su chili che adesso saremo costretti a smaltire per non sentirci in colpa.
Solo l’idea di intraprendere una dieta, per qualcuno può avere un impatto devastante e quindi è molto importante approcciarsi in modo graduale.
Di certo in questi giorni abbiamo avuto un rapporto col cibo del tutto disastroso, abbiamo assunto calorie in eccesso mangiando cibi grassi e ricchi di zucchero e ora ci toccherà riprendere le sane abitudini di mangiare più verdura e più frutta, eliminando completamente i cibi ricchi di grassi saturi.



Prima di tutto è importante non scoraggiarsi in partenza e non cercare soluzioni alternative del tutto inefficaci come le pillole dimagranti, che sono anche dannose per la salute (ed in certi casi sono delle vere e proprie droghe, come l’efedrina) , ma iniziare a depurarsi con tisane che aiutano a drenare e thè che aiuta a bruciare i grassi.
Quindi sì a tisane di tutti i tipi che aiutano anche la flora intestinale a riprendere una normale attività, no ai carboidrati ma largo spazio a verdure di stagione e fibbre.
E’ fondamentale sapere che mangiare troppo affatica l’organismo, quindi è importante non introdurre troppe calorie nel nostro corpo, ma soprattutto evitare le bevande alcoliche che danno un apporto calorico eccessivo e fanno aumentare di peso.
E soprattutto fare attività fisica, anche solo mezz’ora al giorno di passeggiata può essere utile.
Prima della prova costume mancano ancora cinque mesi quindi, mettendosi d’impegno ce la si può fare.
