Come fare le iniezioni

In questo articolo andiamo a vedere quali sono i consigli per fare le punture nella maniera corretta, vedendo le diverse tecniche in base ai principali metodi per fare le iniezioni.

Alcune regole sono generali: bisogna innanzitutto pulire l’area della pelle dove si andrà a fare la puntura, per farlo devono essere fatti dei movimenti circolari dall’interno verso l’esterno; non bisogna toccare l’ago o il tappo della confezione così come il cotone; evidentemente non si deve nemmeno riutilizzare un’ago.


Le bolle d’aria nel liquido da iniettare possono esserci in piccola misura nel caso di iniezione intramuscolare mentre non possono assolutamente essere presenti nelle iniezioni che vanno direttamente nella vena. Qui di seguito ci sono i consigli divisi secondo le tre tipologie di iniezione.

Iniezioni intradermiche – bisogna tirare la pelle e inserire l’ago con la parte smussata verso l’alto e mantenendo un’inclinazione di 10 gradi, quindi bisogna girare la parte smussata verso il basso e iniettare a piano il medicinale.

Iniezioni sottocutanee – bisogna pizzicare la pelle fra le dita e inserire l’ago a 45 gradi quindi aspirare per assicurarsi di non avere preso una vena. Se del sangue entra nella siringa bisogna cambiare ago e zona della puntura, quindi a iniezione fatta bisogna massaggiare dolcemente la zona, ma non nei casi di insulina o farmaci che fanno colorare la pelle.

Iniezioni intramuscolari – si deve tenere l’ago a perpendicolare alla pelle e inserirlo in profondità, quindi aspirare per assicurarsi di non essere dentro un’arteria, una vena o un nervo. Se c’è del sangue bisogna cambiare ago e zona.
