Insorgono anche alcune difficoltà di deglutizione, che possono provocare dei conati di vomito o soffocamento; ci sono anche problemi visivi come vista offuscata o sdoppiata; cambiamenti repentini della pressione sanguigna; senso di vertigine quando si sta in piedi e difficoltà ad alzarsi senza usare le mani come appoggio.
