E’ importante sottolineare che le persone anziane non hanno bisogno di un’acqua oligominerale, bensì di un’acqua riccamente mineralizzata, perché oltre a reidratarsi necessitano di assorbire anche calcio e minerali“.
Frutta e verdura in grandi quantità per quanto riguarda invece l’alimentazione vera e propria. Aggiunge ancora Laura Di Renzo:
Un altro vincolo per gli anziani è che, perdendo massa muscolare, hanno bisogno di assumere una maggior quantità di proteine, dove non c’è ovviamente una patologia renale. Se ci sono difficoltà nella masticazione, che potrebbero indurre a evitare il consumo di carne, l’uovo potrebbe essere un alimento e completo, ricco di proteine, grassi e vitamine liposolubili
