Quali sono gli alimenti più energetici?

Gli alimenti che hanno un grosso apporto energetico (circa il doppio rispetto a quello di zuccheri e proteine) sono i grassi e gli oli. L’assunzione di questi alimenti è necessaria per l’organismo perchè contengono acidi grassi essenziali ma ovviamente bisogna stare attenti perchè possono portare anche a patologie quali l’obesità, l’ipercolesterolemia e altre malattie a livello cardiovascolare.

I grassi si trovano in tantissimi alimenti come per esempio la carne, in particolare maiale, agnello, manzo, uova, latte, burro, strutto o sugna, oli (mais, arachidi, oliva, girasole) e molti altri…


Un altro alimento molto energetico è la frutta secca come noci, nocciole, arachidi, pinoli, mandorle, pistacchi grazie al contenuto di lipidi. Questi alimenti contengono anche proteine, vitamine e minerali in discreta quantità. Invece i frutti come albicocche, uva, mele, datteri, banane sono ricchi di zuccheri e poveri di grassi.

Fra gli alimenti più energetici non può mancare ovviamente la maionese con le sue 688 Kcal/100 grammi, così come il burro di arachidi con le sue 500 Kcal/100 grammi. Quest’ultimo in particolare contiene grassi, proteine, vitamine, fosforo, calcio e potassio. Le uova da sole hanno 130 Kcal/100 grammi però per esempio il tuorlo essiccato arriva a 666 Kcal, l’uovo in polvere a 594 Kcal.

La famosa crema di nocciole e cacao è molto energetica, piena di nutrienti quali carboidrati, grassi, proteine, acqua, fibre, vitamine B e minerali. Non dimentichiamo poi il miele, un alimento formato da zuccheri (fruttosio e glucosio) circa per il 90%; il miele ha il vantaggio di fornire immediatamente calorie ed energia all’organismo.

Sono alimenti abbastanza energetici infine anche il pane e la pasta, così come il riso, il mais e le patate, in quanto tutti ricchi di carboidrati, in particolare di amido.
