La Fondazione Baroni ha impegnato oltre 300 mila euro in undici iniziative innovative, suddivise in tre distinti ambiti di intervento: assistenza e solidarietà, sport, e ricerca scientifica. Questi progetti mirano a promuovere l’educazione, la formazione, e il progresso sociale attraverso specifiche azioni volte all’inclusione.

Durante una cerimonia a Roma, al Circolo Canottieri Aniene, si sono celebrate le iniziative supportate dalla Fondazione Baroni, evidenziando l’impegno nell’inclusione sociale e lavorativa, nello sport come veicolo di inclusione, e nella ricerca scientifica finalizzata al miglioramento della salute. Notabili come la ministra Eugenia Roccella e il presidente del CONI Giovanni Malagò hanno partecipato, discutendo l’importanza della solidarietà e del contributo attivo nella società.

Tra i progetti finanziati, “Casa Nostra” mira a potenziare le competenze di vita di giovani con disturbo dello spettro autistico, mentre “Le vie dell’Abruzzo sono infinite” offre attività socio-educative a giovani disabili, esplorando il patrimonio culturale e naturale dell’Abruzzo. Iniziative come “Judo per tutti” e “Spin the wheel” dimostrano l’efficacia dello sport nell’inclusione e crescita personale di persone con disabilità. La ricerca scientifica riceve anch’essa sostegno, con progetti innovativi come la centralizzazione dei dati sui tumori pediatrici e nuove metodologie per gestire le disabilità post-ictus, mostrando l’importanza dell’innovazione nel migliorare le condizioni di vita.

Giuseppe Signoriello, presidente della Fondazione, ha evidenziato la crucialità della collaborazione e del supporto reciproco per superare le sfide legate all’assistenza, allo sport inclusivo, e alla ricerca. Sottolineando la vasta risposta ai bandi e l’ambizione di realizzare progetti ancora più impattanti in futuro, ha messo in luce l’obiettivo comune di migliorare la qualità della vita attraverso diverse iniziative.

Ecco le sue dichiarazioni:

“Quest’anno abbiamo premiato 11 progetti, ma ben 70 domande sono pervenute in risposta ai bandi. Se da un lato siamo più che soddisfatti della risposta ricevuta, che conferma la nostra presenza in aree dove il disagio è forte e quindi con il nostro contributo è stato possibile migliorare delle future aspettative, d’altro canto sottolinea la carenza di adeguati supporti quando si parla di ricerca, sport inclusivo ed ancora di più assistenza. Singole entità, per quanto dotate di buona volontà, possono fare poco, sono convinto che l’aggregazione di realtà come la nostra, il coinvolgimento di aziende, ora che il bilancio solidale è finalmente entrato nelle corde degli imprenditori, potrebbe realizzare grandi progetti coinvolgendo sempre più persone. Spesso le mission sono diverse, ma il fine è sempre il miglioramento della vita degli altri. Noi continueremo la nostra attività cercando di coinvolgere sempre più realtà e cercheremo, forti della nostra storia, di raccogliere risorse necessarie per grandi progetti come la casa del dopo di noi o lo sportello di ascolto ed intervento per disabili fisici o psichiatrici che sono ancora più esposti alla violenza”.
