Nell’arco di 2 o 3 giorni sarà possibile reintegrare poco a poco i preziosi alimenti ricchi di fibre, formaggio, yogurt e proteine magre (uova, carni bianche, pesce), la frutta sempre meglio senza buccia. Anche purea di patate o passata di pomodoro sono adeguatamente tollerati. Attenzione ancora per qualche giorno ai derivati di farina bianca e ai cibi che provocano gas intestinale. Vanno evitati un po più a lungo gli alimenti che producono gas (come fagioli e broccoli) in quanto potrebbero aumentare il dolore post operatorio.
