Stop invece al consumo delle proteine animali dato che i cardiologi ne condono al massimo 0,8 grammi per chilo di peso, del sale (che andrebbe ridotto se non eliminato del tutto) e a tutti i derivati del pane come cracker e grissini che causano un picco di insulina e fanno venire ancora più fame.
Da limitare anche lo zucchero nelle forme semplici o più raffinate perché favorisce l’insorgenza di neoplasie e delle malattie del cuore.
