Sta facendo il giro del web in queste ultime ore la storia di Johanna, 29enne del Misseota, allergica a tutto, anche all’odore del marito. Soffre di una malattia molto rara, la sindrome da attivazione mastocitaria (MCAS), che colpisce il sistema immunitario indebolendolo. La conseguenza è che l’organismo è costantemente in pericolo e a rischio di reazioni allergiche e respiratorie devastanti, potenzialmente letali.


La storia di Johanna è una storia triste perché inevitabilmente, a causa della malattia, la sua vita si è stravolta. Da un anno la ragazza non esce dalla sua stanza, non può più avere il marito al fianco, qualsiasi cosa è per lei molto pericolosa. Anche per questo motivo vive con porte e finestre costantemente sprangate, anche la luce del sole potrebbe darle reazioni allergiche potenzialmente pericolose.
