1. Lavarli troppo spesso

Lavare i capelli troppo spesso indebolisce la chioma. Per cui cerchiamo di farlo una volta ogni due-tre giorni, allungando i tempi il più possibile tra un lavaggio e l’altro.

2. Usare l’aria troppo calda

Il phon, se con aria troppo calda, è assolutamente deleterio per la salute dei capelli. Cerchiamo dunque di impostarlo in modo che l’aria che esca non sia bollente e cerchiamo anche di tenerlo a debita distanza, non troppo attaccato quindi ai capelli.

3. Usare prodotti di scarsa qualità

Se vogliamo capelli sani e lucenti dobbiamo assolutamente usare prodotti di qualità che siano in grado di proteggere il cuoio capelluto e la sua chioma. Meglio spendere qualche soldo in più avendo però la certezza di affidarsi a buoni prodotti.

4. Non fare mai gli impacchi

Tra gli errori da evitare c’è anche questo. Sottovalutare l’importanza degli impacchi è deleterio per la salute dei nostri capelli. Gli impacchi servono eccome, perché nutrono il capello fino alle puhte irrobustendolo. I capelli sono più forti, cadono di meno e sono anche nettamente più belli da vedere.
