Si chiama Integratori ed è la prima App creata per potersi destreggiare fra il mondo degli integratori alimentari.
Un’app particolarmente utile visto che gli italiani sono gli acquirenti più numerosi di integratori alimentari come confermato dalla ricerca Euromonitor International’s Passport per FederSalus. Resta quella della vitamine la categoria maggiormente acquistata con una crescita ulteriore anche nel 2012.
L’app Integratori è stata creata dall’Unione Nazionale Consumatori in collaborazione con l’Associazione Italiana Industrie Prodotti Alimentari in modo tale da aiutare i consumatori a capire realmente gli integratori alimentari, i loro benefici e ovviamente ad utilizzarli correttamente senza tenere conto della marca o dell’impatto pubblicitario.
La nuova app per smartphone e tablet è disponibile per IOS e Android ed è scaricabile gratuitamente da App Store e da Play Store.
In pratica è divisa in due parti distinte: nella prima sezione dinamica (“Sei in forma?”) è possibile calcolare il proprio indice di massa corporea ed effettuare dei test anche per capire quanto siamo preparati sugli integratori alimentari. La seconda sezione (“Informati!”) è invece di tipo informativo-educativo e va ad illustrare le più importanti categorie di integratori spiegando come vanno utilizzati e indicando anche i benefici di ogni singolo integratore.
All’interno della app è presente anche una ricca sezione FAQ e un glossario con tutti i consigli dell’esperto che rispondono a tutta una serie di quesiti anche molto comuni.
È nota la stressa correlazione fra alimentazione, stile di vita e salute ed è stato dimostrato che una dieta varia ed equilibrata, associata a a una moderata attività fisica favorisca il benessere e una buona qualità di vita anche per gli anni a venire: in questo contesto anche gli integratori alimentari contribuiscono al benessere dell’organismo e adesso utilizzarli correttamente è anche più facile.
