Secondo quanto affermato al ‘The Telegraph’ da Matthew Thompson, coordinatore dello studio, gli energy drink possono contenere tante calorie quanto basta per annullare mezz’ora di esercizio fisico. Gli energy drink infatti sono pensati per migliorare la resistenza allo sforzo fisico quindi in particolare per gli sportivi professionisti ma chi si allena 1-2 volte alla settimana potrebbe avere più danni che benefici dall’assunzione di queste bevande.
