La cosa più importante è valutare la temperatura del bambino, appoggiando le mani sulla testa e sul collo: se sono calde vuol dire che il nostro bimbo sta mantenendo la sua temperatura e quindi non è necessario sistemare nuovamente il lettino. La cosa migliore è cercare di mantenere un temperatura corporea adeguata con il pigiamino, non affidandosi eccessivamente all’uso di lenzuolini o coperte che molto facilmente vengono spostati e soprattutto posso essere fonte di pericolo. Utilizziamo quindi biancheria intima di cotone felpato e pigiamini di ciniglia almeno per i primi mesi di vita
