Cerotti e pasticche per curare una sbornia?

Anche se gli esperti e i nutrizionisti, o semplicemente chi è dotato di un po’ di buon senso, consiglia di non esagerare, molto probabilmente in vista del Natale e del Capodanno è più facile tendere a consumare una maggiore quantità di alcool, magari in compagnia. Va applicato 45 minuti prima di cominciare a bere e la sola applicazione contrasterebbe gli effetti diuretici dell’alcool dannosi per il sistema nervoso centrale. In pratica il cerotto rifornisce l’organismo degli elementi nutrienti che vanno persi continuamente con l’alcool ed eliminando le tossine mette anche al riparo dalle conseguenze post sbornia.

 

Ma i dubbi sulla reale efficacia del cerotto restano perché sembra che non siano stati neppure effettuati i test per valutarne la reale efficacia. L’alternativa al cerotto sarebbero le pastiglie Etisorb che si trovano in vendita anche in Italia e che hanno scatenato un piccolo caso. Il sito indicava di assumerne un paio prima di cominciare a bere, ma venivano anche pubblicizzate come un dispositivo medico registrato presso il Ministero della Salute che invece ne aveva vietato addirittura il commercio. Forse diffidare dalle proprietà miracolose antisbornia di cerotti e pastiglie è consigliabile, così come bere con moderazione in ogni occasione…
