La spending review non taglia gli ospedali

Dal Consiglio dei Ministri di ieri sera, la cui riunione si sarebbe protratta sino a notte inoltrata quando, finalmente, sarebbe stata completata la stesura del decreto legge, già pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale e adesso atteso all’esame delle Camere del Parlamento della Repubblica Italiana in data martedì 31 luglio 2012, relativo alla spending review, sarebbero giunte davvero ottime notizie poiché, nonostante le intenzioni del Governo Monti di risparmiare ben 26 miliardi di euro entro il prossimo triennio, nessun ospedale italiano, neppure quelli, veramente molto piccoli e dispendiosi, con una disponibilità, in termini di posti letto complessivi, davvero molto limitata, verrà tagliato.

► IL TICKET VERRA’ SOSTITUITO DALLA FRANCHIGIA

A venir tagliate, e certamente non di poco, saranno invece altre spese, giudicate eccessive se non addirittura completamente inutili, così che anche il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale possa procedere a quella benefica riorganizzazione e a quella necessaria razionalizzazione che, certamente, consentirà al cittadino medio di godere di maggiori e migliori servizi senza vedersi ulteriormente aumentare il prezzo del ticket o dei farmaci.

► NUOVE REGOLE ESENZIONE TICKET SICILIA

E, proprio a partire dai farmaci, si comincerà a risparmiare giacché il decreto Spending review, approvato nel corso della notte, avrebbe deciso di aumentare lo sconto che le farmacie e le aziende farmaceutiche dovranno applicare, rispettivamente sino a dicembre 2014 e sino a dicembre 2012, nel caso in cui vendano farmaci direttamente al Servizio Sanitario Nazionale.

► AUMENTO PREZZO DEI FARMACI NEL 2011

Pari al 5%, ancora per tutto il 2012, sarà invece lo sconto relativo all’acquisto dei più differenti dispositivi medici e delle più differenti apparecchiature elettroniche ed al quale, a partire da gennaio 2013, verrà posto un tetto massimo che, però, sarebbe ancora da definire nei dettagli.

Decisa, inoltre ed infine, anche la rinegoziazione dei contratti attualmente in essere così che, già a partire dal 2012, potrà venir applicato il previsto taglio del 5% sull’acquisto di beni e servizi da parte del Servizio Sanitario Nazionale nonché la sostanziosa riduzione della possibilità di acquisto di prestazioni sanitarie agevolate da parte di tutti i soggetti privati accreditati.
