Inoltre Buckley pone l’attenzione sul fatto che l’essere umano è programmato non per stare seduto, ma per essere in movimento: lavorare in piedi andrebbe in effetti a conciliare le due diverse necessità e in questo modo si riduce la sedentarietà, si evita l’obesità e si migliora la circolazione sanguigna.
