soleSembra che l’estate stia per arrivare davvero, ma in vista del primo bikini di stagione e dell’esposizione al sole è bene essere particolarmente accorti, soprattutto se nei mesi precedenti avete optato per qualche ritocchino o semplice trattamento estetico. 

A lanciare l’allarme tramite l’Ansa gli esperti (Francesco Madonna Terracina, chirurgo plastico e docente di laser terapia alla scuola di medicina estetica della Fondazione Fatebenefratelli a Roma  e Norma Cameli, responsabile del servizio di dermatologia estetica del San Gallicano di Roma): attenzione all’esposizione al sole che è sconsigliata nel caso in cui di recente vi siate sottoposti a peeling chimici o a interventi di chirurgia estetica che abbiano lasciato una cicatrice.

Prima di poter esporre al sole la parte interessata devono passare necessariamente due-mesi: in caso contrario, con l’esposizione diretta si rischia quella che viene definita iper pigmentazione, cioè la colorazione più scura della parte interessata e una guarigione più lenta.

ESPOSIZIONE AI RAGGI SOLARI ABBASSA LA PRESSIONE SANGUIGNA

In questo caso è meglio attrezzarsi ed esporsi al sole, se proprio necessario, indossando sempre una maglietta o un abito che faccia da filtro o utilizzando dei solari ad altissima protezione che vanno riapplicati almeno ogni due ore o in ogni caso dopo il bagno al mare.

L’esposizione al sole non è sconsigliata nel caso in cui si sia ricorso a interventi estetici (botulino o filler all’acido ialuronico) e trattamenti anti-age con le radiofrequenze. Il rischio dell’esposizione immediata dopo il filler ad esempio è di carattere temporale: la costate esposizione al sole e quindi il calore, fanno assorbire la sostanza più velocemente, quindi in pratica il trattamento durerà di meno. Assolutamente vietata l’esposizione al sole dopo interventi di carattere estetico con il laser che è fotosensibilizzante, dai trattamenti per le epilazioni, a quelli per cancellare i tatuaggi o per rimuovere le macchie.

Anche in questo caso il rischio maggiore è l’iper pigmentazione con una colorazione più scura della parte e decisamente indesiderata. Gli esperti ricordano che prima dell’esposizione al sole è sempre consigliabile preparare la pelle attraverso i peeling o gli scrub in modo da renderla più uniforme, nel caso del sole o dell’uso di autoabbronzanti. È sempre consigliabile evitare di esporsi al sole se si assumono antibiotici e antistaminici, evitare anche profumo e deodoranti alcolici che possono macchiare la pelle e mangiare invece frutta e verdura.
