Il miele ha proprietà antibatteriche ma anche idratanti, ecco perché può essere considerato un ottimo rimedio naturale contro la pelle secca che, specie in inverno con le basse temperature, è eventualità piuttosto frequente.
Ma come usare il miele? Per esempio per la preparazione di una maschera viso idratante a base anche di yogurt, altro alimento amico della pelle. In un vasetto mescolate un cucchiaio di miele e due cucchiaini di yogurt bianco, applicate il mix sul viso lasciando in posa per circa un quarto d’ora. Quindi risciacquate con abbondante acqua tiepida. Se il freddo, oltre che a darvi pelle secca, vi causa anche rossore, utilizzate il miele insieme a qualche goccia di olio di lavanda per avere la pelle immediatamente più morbida e nutrita.
