Ecco la ricetta per preparare il doposole fai da te, composto da gel di aloe vera e oleolito di lavanda (o, in alternativa, olio essenziale). Di seguito le dosi:
160 grammi di gel di aloe vera
70 g di oleolito di lavanda
Questa lozione è molto efficace anche sulle pelli particolarmente delicate, ecco perché può essere usata anche per i bambini (se siete sicuri che non abbiano alcun tipo di allergia ai due ingredienti di base). Mescolate bene i due ingredienti e conservate il prodotto finale in un barattolo scuro, da non esporre al sole, per un massimo di 3-4 giorni. L’aloe e la lavanda sono due rimedi molto utili per mantenere la pelle in salute, specialmente quando questa è stata sottoposta per lungo tempo ai raggi solari che, si sa, hanno spesso il “potere” di arrossarla e irritarla. Fermo restando che il consiglio migliore quando ci si espone al sole è quello di proteggere la pelle con una crema ad alta protezione che sia in grado di limitare gli effetti dannosi del sole che non sono mai da sottovalutare.
