Lo rivela, via Ansa, Zein Obagi, dermatologo delle star hollywoodiane esperto nelle tecniche di ringiovanimento della pelle, arrivato a Roma per motivi prettamente commerciali (il lancio a dermatologi e medici italiani della sua nuova linea di cosmetici antietà e antimacchie).

 

Obagi ha però dispensato interessanti consigli per poter capire come riuscire a frenare l’invecchiamento della pelle. 

 

Molto spesso il problema risiede nel fatto che le donne spesso e volentieri si affidano a consigli che si rivelano errati favorendo e accelerando loro malgrado l’invecchiamento della pelle.

Ma quali sono i reali motivi che accelerano l’invecchiamento cutaneo? 

BAVA DI LUMACA PER RINGIOVANIRE LA PELLE

L’eccesso dei raggi ultravioletti finisce senza dubbio sotto accusa, ma non sono da sottovalutare neppure l’uso di creme nutrienti sbagliate. Le donne spesso spendono molto per acquistare creme antirughe che si rivelano però sbagliate visto che vengono applicate senza tenere conto del proprio tipo di pelle e che finiscono per peggiorare addirittura la situazione. Insomma secondo Obagi sarebbe addirittura meglio non usare nulla piuttosto che applicare sulla pelle prodotti sbagliati.

GHIACCIO E CETRIOLI SEGRETI DI BELLEZZA DELLA PELLE

Anche il trucco pesante può essere “pericoloso” visto che va ad occluderei pori e non lascia respirare la pelle, così come non andrebbero mai sottovalutate le dermatiti o il sebo in eccesso. Come prevenire l’invecchiamento cutaneo senza commettere errori? Secondo Obagi è indispensabile capire il tipo di pelle che si possiede. La pelle va lavata due volte al giorno utilizzando detergenti e scrub, va curata applicando esfolianti e stimolanti della vitalità cellulare.

La pelle va stimolata attraverso gesti meccanici: meglio picchiettare il viso e pizzicarlo piuttosto che effettuate massaggi troppo delicati che si rivelano essere inutili.

Insomma via libera a una rigenerazione della pelle in modo del tutto naturale, escludendo l’uso del bisturi in grado di offrire spesso risultati del tutto artefatti.
