Abbiamo già parlato di cosa mangiare nel caso in cui si sospetta una gravidanza ma non si sa ancora se si hanno gli anticorpi della toxoplasmosi e dell’importanza di sapere se si soffre di celiachia e quindi di evitare alcuni cibi, soprattutto a base di farinacei, per non avere ripercussioni sul feto.
Oggi invece vogliamo parlare dei cibi che andrebbero evitati durante la gravidanza come snack, merendine, patatine fritte, o meglio definito come junk food che provoca una vera e propria dipendenza e che possono causare danni a lungo termine nel bambino.



Infatti lo stile alimentare della mamma influisce sul nascituro come ad esempio, un’alimentazione ricca di grassi provoca nel bambino problemi di colesterolo, di glicemia e di trigliceridi anche se dopo la nascita il bambino verrà alimentato correttamente.
Oltretutto, le cattive abitudini alimentari da parte di una futura mamma influiscono su ciò che il bambino in futuro deciderà di mangiare, quindi influiscono negativamente sulla futura alimentazione del nascituro (e quindi dando poi problemi di peso e di salute).
Un’alimentazione scorretta da parte della madre, fa sì che i bambini accumulino grasso intorno agli organi interni, correndo così il rischio di sviluppare il diabete tipo 2.
Quindi, ricapitolando, ricordiamo che vanno assolutamente evitati fumo e alcol, e bisogna cercare di seguire una dieta corretta, soprattutto ricca di verdure, in particolar modo quelle verdi a foglia larga che contengono acido folico importante per prevenire delle malformazioni nel feto.
